• They are usually used to advertise shops or businesses

About the pilot scheme

We introduced a pilot scheme for A-Boards in Hebden Bridge in 2023. The pilot scheme is running up to July 2025.

• The pilot scheme aims to control the number of A-Boards in Hebden Bridge.
• In the pilot scheme, people have to apply for a licence from the Council.
• The licence gives them permission to use an A-Board.
• Having a licence means they also have to follow some guidelines.

We want to hear your views on the pilot scheme. We want to find out what has worked well and anything that could be improved. This will help us make decisions about using licences for A-Boards in the future.

How to share your views

• You can share your views by completing the online survey. Click on the button marked "Take the survey". This is on the right hand side of the screen on a laptop or PC. It is at the bottom of the screen on a phone.
• Other ways to give feedback are listed at the bottom of this page.
• The survey should take about 5 - 10 minutes to complete and it will close at midnight on 31 March 2025.
• All other feedback should be received by 31 March 2025.
