Over 1,000 people engaged with Calderdale Transport Strategy Round 1 Public Consultation!

This included 520 online survey responses, 548 postcards, and several targeted engagement sessions with community groups, schools, young people, local businesses, and residents across the borough. The first round of engagement focused on understanding people’s travel habits, priorities, and challenges, as well as gathering views on the draft vision and objectives for the Calderdale Transport Strategy.

All feedback from this first phase is helping shape the next stage of the strategy. The draft vision and objectives are being refined to reflect what matters most to Calderdale’s people, communities, and businesses. A full summary of the findings can be found below.
